Getting to know Connee
What is Connee?
Connee is an experience marketing platform for growing businesses. It brings surveys, quizzes, feedback forms, landing pages, QR codes and engagement tools together so you can build experiences, engage your people, analyse what you learn and keep improving.
What is experience marketing?
Experience marketing creates opportunities for people to interact with your business and learns from those interactions. A useful quiz, a welcoming invitation or a well-timed feedback request can help people feel involved while helping you understand what matters to them.
Who is Connee for?
Connee is designed for growing businesses that want stronger connections with prospects, customers, clients, candidates, employees and suppliers. Start with one audience and one question you want to answer, rather than trying to measure everything at once.
Do I need technical skills or an existing website?
You can create and share a Connee form or landing page directly, without building a whole website. Templates provide a starting point, and QR codes and short links help you share what you create.
Where should I start?
Choose one moment that matters: a first purchase, a new employee’s first week or the end of an event. Decide what you want to learn, build a short experience, share it where people already are and agree who will act on the results.
Why bring these tools together?
An invitation, an interaction and a response are parts of the same experience. Bringing tools together helps you connect those steps, avoid unnecessary handovers and give your team a more consistent way to learn and improve. Features and allowances vary by plan.
Customer experience
What is customer experience, and why does it matter?
Customer experience is how people feel about their interactions with your business, from discovery to purchase and ongoing support. Understanding those moments helps you find friction, recognise what works and make decisions around real customer needs.
How can Connee help improve customer experience?
Use a survey to understand needs, a feedback form after a visit and a landing page to make a next step clear. Review the responses, choose a practical improvement and check whether later feedback reflects a better experience. Tools support the work; your team’s actions create the change.
When should I ask customers for feedback?
Ask close enough to an interaction that people remember it, while giving them time to experience what you are asking about. Keep requests relevant and avoid asking the same person too often. A short post-visit question and an occasional deeper survey serve different purposes.
Can quizzes help prospects as well as existing customers?
A relevant quiz can invite prospects to explore their needs or interests before they buy. For existing customers, it can make a campaign more engaging. Give people something useful and explain why you are asking for any personal information.
Why make it easier to leave a Google review?
A clear link reduces the effort needed to share an experience publicly and helps other people make informed choices. Invite honest reviews consistently, rather than using feedback scores to decide who receives a review invitation. A review link cannot guarantee a positive review.
What should we do with negative feedback?
Look for the issue behind the comment, decide who can resolve it and respond thoughtfully when contact details and an appropriate channel are available. Review repeated themes as well as individual cases. A feedback form is a listening channel, so tell people where to go if they need urgent help.
Employee experience
What is employee experience?
Employee experience covers how people experience working with your organisation, from recruitment and onboarding to everyday work, development and leaving. It includes the tools, relationships and processes that help or hinder them along the way.
Why use feedback tools for employee experience?
Structured feedback gives employees another way to share what helps them do good work and what gets in the way. It can reveal recurring issues that informal conversations miss. It works best alongside supportive managers, regular conversations and visible action.
How could we use Connee during onboarding?
Use a short check-in after an employee’s first week and a follow-up later in onboarding. Ask whether expectations are clear, resources are available and the person knows where to get support. Give the feedback an owner so unanswered questions lead to help.
What is a pulse survey?
A pulse survey is a short, repeated check-in on a focused topic, such as workload, communication or confidence in a change. Keep core questions consistent if you want to compare responses over time, and only ask as often as your team can review and act.
Can employees share anonymous feedback?
The platform supports anonymous feedback when it matters. Explain how your chosen experience is configured and avoid asking for names or identifying details if anonymity is intended. Small teams and distinctive comments can still reveal identity, so consider how results are shared.
How do we build trust in employee listening?
Explain the purpose, who will see the feedback and what happens next before asking people to respond. Share themes carefully, acknowledge concerns and tell employees what will change. Avoid treating participation or positive scores as a target people must meet.
Can this help us understand candidate and leaver experiences?
Yes. A short survey can explore communication during recruitment, clarity in interviews or lessons from leaving. Keep participation voluntary and questions relevant, and consider whether a separate conversation would be more appropriate for sensitive issues.
People experience and meaningful action
What do you mean by people experience?
People experience looks at the relationships across your business: prospects, customers, clients, candidates, employees and suppliers. It recognises that each group encounters your organisation differently, while their experiences often influence one another.
How are customer and employee experience connected?
Employees need clear information, usable tools and support to deliver good service. Customer feedback may reveal a problem whose cause sits in an internal process. Looking at both perspectives helps you understand the whole situation before deciding what to change.
Why include suppliers and partners in listening?
Suppliers and partners can spot friction in communication, ordering, handovers and payment processes. Their perspective helps you understand the relationships behind your service and identify improvements that benefit the people delivering it as well as the customer.
Why are tools important if experience is about people?
Tools make it easier to invite participation, capture feedback consistently and bring results into view. They help a team listen at more moments than conversations alone allow. People still need to interpret the findings, make decisions and follow through with care.
How do we turn feedback into meaningful change?
Choose a clear theme, check the context and agree a specific action with an owner and a review date. Tell people what you heard and what you are doing. Ask again after the change to learn whether it helped. This closes the loop between listening and improvement.
How should we measure success?
Match the measure to the goal. For example, review whether onboarding questions are resolved, whether customers find a next step clearer or whether a recurring complaint reduces. Participation and engagement show reach, but do not on their own prove that an experience improved.
The tools and why they matter
When should I use a survey, feedback form or quiz?
Use a survey to explore a topic in a structured way, a feedback form to learn about a particular interaction and a quiz to encourage participation or discovery. Choose the format around what the person should gain and what your team needs to learn.
Why keep forms short and focused?
Every additional question asks for more of someone’s time. A clear purpose, simple language and relevant questions make participation easier. Ask only for information you will use, and avoid making unnecessary personal details a condition of sharing feedback.
What are landing pages useful for?
A landing page gives a campaign, event or invitation a focused home. Put the relevant information and a clear next step in one place so people can understand what is being offered and what to do next without searching across a full website.
How do QR codes and short links connect offline and online experiences?
A QR code can connect a poster, counter or printed invitation to an online experience. A short link gives you an alternative to share in messages or type directly. Put them where people have the time and context to take part, and explain what they will open.
Can I change a QR code’s destination after sharing it?
Yes. Connee’s dynamic QR codes let you update the destination, so an existing printed code can point to a new experience. Check the destination before sharing and after changes so people arrive at the page you intended.
Why use templates and consistent branding?
Templates give you a starting point and help teams avoid rebuilding familiar experiences. Consistent branding helps people recognise who is asking for their attention. Starter uses Connee branding; Growth adds your logo and colours, and Business adds shared brand settings and company templates.
How do contacts and audience segments help?
Contact capture helps you continue a conversation with people who share their details. Growth adds tags, lists and audience segments, helping you send more relevant invitations. Business adds shared management with team and location permissions. Keep your purpose and communication choices clear.
Can I send email campaigns and follow-ups?
Growth includes scheduled email campaigns, 5,000 campaign email sends per month and standard follow-up triggers and reminders. Business includes 20,000 sends and advanced routing and escalation. Starter includes contact capture, viewing and export, but campaign email sends are not included.
Reporting, teams and locations
What can I learn from reporting?
Starter includes individual results, basic charts and exports. Growth adds trends, filters and campaign comparisons. Business adds combined dashboards and location comparisons. Use reporting to identify questions worth exploring, then review comments and context before drawing conclusions.
What is the difference between scans, clicks and responses?
A scan or click shows that someone opened a route into an experience. A response shows that someone submitted information. They measure different steps: an invitation can attract attention without producing a completed response. Compare each measure with the purpose of your campaign.
Can I manage feedback across multiple locations?
The Business plan includes up to five locations, ten users, role-based access and location-specific permissions. This helps managers focus on their own locations while combined reporting supports a wider view. Additional users and locations can be quoted separately.
How should we compare teams or locations fairly?
Consider response numbers, timing, audience and local conditions before comparing results. A small sample or a different customer mix can change the picture. Use comparisons to learn and offer support, rather than assuming a score explains why a team performs differently.
Can I export data or connect other tools?
Basic data export is included on every plan. The plan comparison lists standard supported integrations for Growth, with API and webhooks added on Business. Contact the team to confirm a particular connection and its requirements before building your workflow around it.
Plans, support and responsible use
How much does Connee cost?
Starter is £26 per month, Growth is £65 per month and Business is £149 per month, excluding VAT. Annual upfront prices are £260, £650 and £1,490 respectively, equivalent to two months free. Review the pricing comparison for the full feature and usage allowances.
Do respondents and employees completing surveys count as paid users?
No. Users are the people who log in to manage Connee. Respondents, email recipients and employees participating in experiences do not count as users. Starter includes one managing user, Growth includes three and Business includes ten.
What are the response and active experience limits?
Starter includes 200 responses per month and five active forms or pages combined. Growth includes 2,500 responses per month and unlimited active experiences. Business includes 10,000 responses per month and unlimited active experiences. Monthly allowances apply across the account.
What if I need extra capacity?
Additional capacity, users and locations can be quoted separately, with charges agreed before being applied. One campaign email sent to 1,000 recipients counts as 1,000 sends. Speak to the team about your expected usage before a larger campaign.
What onboarding and ongoing support are included?
Starter includes a 20-minute setup call, monthly guidance email and email support. Growth includes a 30-minute guided setup, monthly check-in email, quarterly success call and a named customer success contact. Business includes a 60-minute implementation session, monthly account calls, priority support and a named account manager.
How does Connee work with Experity?
Connee is powered by the team behind its parent company, Experity. Connee provides the tools; Experity offers wider people experience expertise. Bespoke survey design, detailed analysis, campaign delivery, workshops and consultancy are separately priced services.
Where can I find privacy, data and accessibility information?
Essential security, privacy controls and basic data export are included on every plan. Our legal and policy pages explain the published terms and approach to data. The accessibility page provides further information. Check these resources and ask the team about your requirements before collecting sensitive information.
How do I make participation welcoming?
Use plain language, give a clear reason to take part and keep instructions concise. Offer a readable link alongside a QR code and an alternative way to share feedback where practical. Test the whole experience on a phone and with a keyboard before inviting people.
Is there a 12-month commitment?
Rolling monthly plans have no 12-month commitment. Annual upfront plans commit for 12 months. On either option, cancelling renewal keeps access available until the end of the paid period. Review the subscription terms for cancellation, refunds and applicable rights.
